This number is not in service so when it appears on the caller id that means that the actual caller does not want their real iden**ty to be known to the person receiving the call ...because they are usually ...like here, making an illegal call to a DNC number ...and no doubt that the purpose of the call is to defraud the person who answers the fraud attempt .
