I did not take the call from this number however I was instructed to call them and verify the last four digits of my Social Security number which I know the IRS would never call you and ask anything like that then they proceeded to tell me that if I did not return the call that they would get me arrested with an arrest warrant you know I’m employed by a local judge I can’t imagine what I would have an arrest warrant for without here on knowing about it already so it H**s to be a scam or fraud or har**sment I just want to report this number and actually before I receive that called there was another call from a different number from a different city in a different state that let the same exact message about returning Their call to verify my Social Security number or they would send out someone to arrest me with an arrest warrant so again they’re bogus calls whether it’s spam or scam or fraud or whatever if they ask for your Social Security number don’t verify it the IRS doesn’t do that so if you don’t know the IRS any money and you haven’t been doing anything illegal activity don’t return their call just don’t return their call.
