my television screen indicated that the call was from Bank of America. the person calling said that they were from CVS and that my medical information was incomplete.
I asked why they would want medical information if my phone indicated that the call was from Bank of America. Then there was no one at the other end of the phone except for dead silence. When I redialed the phone number I got a recorded message from Bank of America allegedly that the person I was calling had a full mailbox and I should try the correct extension.
The number 617-533-4546 had a 1 in front of it according to my television screen. I suspected it was a scam and said I would contact CVS.
