He pretends to be interested in meeting and says he’s just an hour drive away but then he says that he wants “money from Venmo for gas†or he can’t come, but he seems to have only the money request and no interest in meeting. He makes up an excuse as to why no one can come to him. He’s not even where he says he is; all you need to do is say you want to meet first and he’ll need to create a (flimsy) excite to keep you from driving to him.
