Just received a text from this number stating: "I see it is not a good time, i can get it very smooth and quick, please talk to me." Since this is a very vague text and it is routed through a VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) company... fraudulent is likely the case here. It is amazing that some of these communication companies lack any kind of oversight on their clients.
