This number is scamming ordained Ministers listed on Universal Life Church’s state official ministers. They are looking for an ‘officiate’ to perform their wedding on 10/28/23 (in the middle of the week).

It seems these scammers want to give you a check for you to cash for you to officiate, to pay portion of photographers fee and they want you to cash the check and wait for it to clear!

AI is NOT making these foreign scammers who spoof legitimate cell and landline numbers any smarter or convincing!

This number has tried to scam me twice.

They ask if I can ordain a wedding, then they say they can ONLY PAY BY CHECK.

Mail the check to my office and then say, "On no, my friend who contributed to the minister and the photographer paid you for both and can you please pay the photographer after you cash the check. I will gladly pay you an extra $50 for your time."
