Received a bill in the mail for a cpap rental. We paid outright for the unit from avera. The billing question number is questionable and the pay on line phone number is above as a Sturgis SD number. But the address is Sioux Falls (and a box number) no address. I will be following up but there are other red flags to this as it provides a number to pay at home but is clearly Stamped. \"AUTOPAY IS ON\". We\'ve had the unit for a few months now. This is the first such bill we have gotten. They also have a \"Patient Portal \" thing to track payments. We already have a portal, different URL. Also give a Pennsylvania address something is weird even if legit. I will not be paying nor contacting. I\'ll talk to my local people.
