They call constantly, it says Martins Point which is a health insurance company. There is no answer, they leave voice mail, nothing on it. It is definitely not Martin Point.
The name on my telephone read "Matrix Medical". I checked with the BBB, and 21 complaints have been registered there within the past three years; also on BBB, the company has a 1.6/5 rating out of 45 reviews (not including mine, which I just posted). Its home office is in Scottsdale, AZ. It must be a big outfit, bc I got a bit of junk mail from them the other day (I live on the opposite coast), suggesting they send a nurse to my house to see how I'm doing. ?
