This is a Spam call. I have no reason to get a call from this number and there was no one at the other end of the line when I answered. I’m on the Do Not Call list and have blocked over 300 phone numbers since this barrage began in January, 2019. I protest the fact that the government takes no action against Spam and Robocalls.
