this number tried to call my cousin at 3 am a couple times. she ended up blocking the number than another number (602) 558-6823 tried to call then she blocked that number. she’s young and she’s scared of these type of things. i don’t know this man. but i guess his name is jose rotcha in the same city she’s in. we are kinda freaked out and wanted to know who was calling so many times. i think i saw something about him being a “criminal†but i’m not sure.
