Number registered half the country away makes a group chat with me and 8 others all around the country (judging by area codes) and says a fee must be paid by tomorrow or \"excessive fines\" will be charged to me, as well as claiming it might affect my \"DMV record\". Included at the end is a request to complete payment through a provided bit.ly link. Immediately removes me from the chat afterwards.
