The call came through as Suspected Spam, so when I answered I said, \"Suspected Spam?\" which I realized sounded somewhat rude, so I said, \"Good afternoon - Yes?\" and a woman said, \"Are you there?\" and I said, \"It says \'Suspected Spam,\' and instead of explaining what the call was about, she just hung up. I work for the county but I sometimes use my own phone for long distance customers, but I haven\'t called anyone at that number.
