Received a call at 9:15 a.m. on Friday,June 20 and it was OK. At 9:30 a.m. another call was logged from 585-919-0985 the caller ID on my phone while I was out. When I returned, at 10:30 there was no dial tone. on any of the connected phones. The voice mail still works from my wife\'s cell. I have no idea who this caller was or if his call was related to the loss of dial tone.
