The number called me, I answered in the correct amount of time, no voice greeted me until it recognize I answered, Then it said, Good bye.
Nothing else, just as if the caller was checking to see if I was home. The voice that said goodbye was not human. Annoying, and speculative criminal behavior.
This is how robberies happen.
