Said he was with Medicare and going to send me a new card but wanted my social security number first. I sad absolutely not and he said that it was a recorded line and he was with Medicare. I said to send me an email from a secure sender with the correct page header and I would consider it. I think that it was a total fraud/scam. The number based on caller ID is not in service but it through Core Communications, Inc - PA
