Ii was trying to purchase a quad on offer up, the person said it was his sister who is trying to sell it , and gave me this number. Now I got a huge bs story on how “she “ is in military and that she is gunna sell it to me thru eBay and wants me to pay in eBay gift cards ... and the quad was her husbands who died ect ect. The quad was posted for $800 witch is way to good to be true but she said that she was leaving the country with her “medical team” because she is in the “army”

Long story short , she is a scam artist !
