Fence installer who collects money for material, and then does not show up to do the job. Collected the money on Friday and was suppose to do the work Saturday at 9am does not return calls and doesn’t show up to do work. Torres fence in Fresno gave me the referral.. Don’t make the mistake I did only pay for material when delivered to home, and only pay labor when finished. Out the money and no fence!!!
