The person’s accent was so bad I could hardly understand him. Also there was a lot of background noise.....people talking and shouting....the sound of machine running. Ridiculous. The only words I could barely understand were: Medicare, diabetes, insulin. If this was in fact Medicare I really resent that Medicare doesn’t have representatives that are understandable and in a quiet room.
