The phone rang and when I answered the phone and automative goes on stating that I owe 998.00 on my amazon account. The automative further stated did I authorized a purchase for the iPhone 11. If not press 1, which I did. Once I press 1 it switch me to alive person, voice was male, he asked me how can I help you. I told him you call me, so you tell me what you want. He started to said there’s a problem with my amazon account. I told him of there’s a problem then I will call amazon directly. At this point the man hang up. Apparently, this was a scam to get my information and this is the reason why I am reporting this incident to you. Please investigate and stop this individual from scam other incident individuals.
