Trying to collect a past due credit card debt in the thousands. Threatened to have me served and brought to court in front of a judge to have all my money taken and given to them. Threatened to take all in Tax returns. Currently investigated my credit report, residence and used my cell phone number to call to har**s. Was warned about the statute of limitation on all debt collections in Texas is just 4 years. Refused to listen to reason and kept saying that he could access my bank accounts and freeze my bank accounts when needed. Failed to notice the change of venue was required for notice to be served for court appearance.
