This call was from a person that is intentionally making annoyance call. This is called CA Penal Code 653m. Annoyance Call. This is definitely from a stalker that is unlawfully watching me , and is unlawfully using electronic communication. This caller is a criminal stalker that has electronic that enables him/her to change name of caller, and number through caller ID systems to enable itself not to be able to be traced by law enforcement. Therefore, I know this call is not from a safe person.
