This number was **sociated with a craigslist ad for a rental house in Wilmington, Nc but number says its from Washington state. He wants me to give him my email and phone number so he can give me info about the house. It just seems fishy to me. The rental house was $750 for. 3bed 2 bath. Asked him if price was correct. He can’t even answer that question without my email or phone number.

Me and my wife responded to an add on Craigslist for an apartment. We filled out a rental application and we’re about to send in $450 as a security deposit. Something about the way this person conducted themselves got my guard up. I decided to do some research, found the phone number of the actual property owner (not the same number shown above), and spoke with said owner. This number belongs to a good scammer, but considering his inability to properly formulate sentences I’d say he isn’t to bright.
