Got a postcard offering cash for my property. Allegedly from Albu. address, which is a UPS office/mail holder. The phone number is registered in Farmington, NM. The Better Business Bureau logo is utilized while never identifying the 'business.' The person 'just wants a call and a few more details about my property' to 'do a little research' before a visit and an offer. The person's name isn't readily available during an online search. This whole thing smells like some kind of scam. I'm not playing.
