This lady claims to be a real estate investor who Is an elementary school teacher in Klamath Falls. She said her name is Lynne Cavin. She has taken many hours of my time writing up offers for homes she said she wanted to purchase with seller carry financing. When all was said and done I realized she makes claims to finances and financing she doesn’t have. She then said she worked at a finance company named Rogue Vista, and tonight tells me she’s looking for a job. I’m curious to know who she really is, and why she waisted so much of my time.
