Multi-step fraud. First caller claims to be american express calling to verify attempted purchases on your card. They have last 4 digits of SS and AE account. They tell you your iden**ty has been stolen and offer to connect youto Experian where they will give you Lifelock for free--claim you have to pay 2500 if you call them yourself (which I said I would do. They said they would cancel my AE card and send new one, Instead I called AE--none of it was true
