Called telling me I owed a laboratory bill unpaid by my insurance from April 16, 2018. Wanted me to agree to pay $376.73 to keep from going to collections. Had my correct email address and also my street address. Wanted me to pay by providing my checking account # as it was more secure than a credit card.
SCAMMERS! absolute liars... DO NOT GIVE THIS NUMBER ANY MONEY OVER THE PHONE!

They said I owed something from 2018 and today was last day they could collect it. Could not send me any proof.
