To tax on to my previous note, they called me a total of 9 times in about a 30 min period.
I’m going to guess this number is scam/telemarking etc. This began with a letter in the mail saying I may have $2000ish in saving for my mortgage. I called the number and then using my better judgement I hung up before it was answered.
The next day they called me many times until I answered. Didn’t initially pick up because I didn’t recognize number. They said I may have been overcharged on mortgage. I told them I wasn’t interested and hung up.
Senior phone operator then called I said there had better be a good reason why they were calling me back he said I could save up to 2.9%. I cut him off and told him sternly “do not call this number again†and the calls have stopped.
