Scam claiming they are calling from “windows technical support” claiming they received feedback from my computer claiming there was a problem. I know for a fact Microsoft tech support does not randomly call people. When they need to communicate with someone they send a message through the operating system. This caller was fraudulent. Don’t answer and don’t give them anything.

Call from Microsoft reporting numerous errors on a server from my computer. Caller wanted me to turn on my computer so they could check it out. When I refused and told them this was a BS call they got belligerent. Reverse lookup said it was a Microsoft Store in Dallas, TX

I would like to know how to stop these types of calls and prevent them from happening to anyone. Would like addition punishment for the company and the employees of the company.
