Don’t know this no., don’t know why they keep calling, they leave no messages- I don’t answer because it may be connected to Shirley Mae Kapler(person who hacked my iPhone and put hundreds of spy apps on it) My phone carrier, Sprint said there is no way they can remove my phone from her control, should throw my phone in trash and get new one, however this is my fourth new phone in 1 1/2 years trying to stop her- to no avail.
