This is a scammer always playing recording on my telephone and it is not fair to the consumer to be attacked with these unwanted calls. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act does not allow telemarketers to call any phone number that is on the National “Do not call” Registry.

THEY CALL CONTINUOUSLY THRU OUT THE DAY. YOU TRY TO OPT OUT BY OPT 2 BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CALL. VERY ANNOYING. IF YOU HIT OPT 1 TO GET A LIVE PERSON AND TELL THEM NOT TO CALL THEY HANG UP AND STILL CALL. IT SAYS OPEN ENROLLMENT OR HEALTHCARE. RIP OUT THEIR PHONES.
