This woman called me regarding settling an account on an ER visit. I have been in the ER numerous times this year so I asked which visit. She refused to say. She said she wanted to verify my information but then asked me for it. Claimed she sent 3 letters to me but would not tell me which address they were sent to. Also I’m insured so I don’t get nor should get calls of this nature.
