This scammer/fraud constantly cl**s my cellphone which cons**tutes har**sment. I have returned the call, but I get a message stating that it is not a working number. Well, it works just fine to consistently har**s me by calling my cell!! This is a Virginia caller based in the city of Danville. Stop this caller from har**sing me on a daily basis!!
