recorded message says there was a complain against my phone number and it is on the desk of case manager without me talking to them the case manager will be the judge and everything. It is clearly a scam. The call came from California which I never lived.

Threatened me with taking any of my property with my name on it and said they were taking me to court Why would lawyers in California mess with something from 2011 which I don’t think ever happened, so far away or wait almost a decade to do so?

Stated that they needed my personal info such as address, SSN, And bank info or they were withholding my tax return (which I’ve already received) and would seize my accounts if I didn’t comply.
