This series of 645 numbers usually in the past are offering lower interest rates on credit cards. Even though I am on the US no call list to prevent such calls they willing violate my privacy. I have request before from this prefix series when I’ve answered to remove my name but they continue to call. If you block this number they have many others to use with this prefix.
