Scammed through anti virus software we bought a year ago. They called, offered a refund and got into my computer from access to virus software. Since they now had access to all my banking and savings accounts, I was asked to provide 3500 worth of gift cards for their access to my financial information. Informed bank and since they had access, the bank refused all res**tution
