This guy is a scam artist that prey's on families going through the probate process after the loss of a family member. He is very bold and uses social media, email and phone calls to convince family members that he can byp**s the probate system to sell **sets of an estate. Stay far away from this con artist and report abusive or predatory calls or contacts to the Pittsburgh Police Department.
