Calling with personal iden**ty information stating for collection that they can not provide account, business requiring payment or any other necessary information to rectify the issue. SCAM! FRAUD!!!! I have had to call my bank as they had that info and Social Security to try to protect my iden**ty from this FRAUDULENT!!!!

Threatening to come to home or place of employment to deliver to documents needing a signature. Screams SCAM!

Threatened to serve me this friday 03/20/2020 and to make arrangements to be there. If server fails to get signature it would considered a refusal and the process would continue

calling to say you owe money on a overdrawn account with Bank of America however they cant seem to locate the file when you ask for a copy of the documents be sent certified mail.
