I am trying to reach someone from t mobile regarding a scam that has resulted in my bogus account getting sent to a collection agent after they tried to bill me $50 for a month and I dispute the charge and win of course and they tried again the next month. Now 50 50=100 and they are not asking for the amount they tried to extort from my credit card 2 months in a row. This is a serious scam going on with t mobile and the agents who apparently make up their own rules. But to get me to a collection agency when I have had a score of 830 average for 30 years or more and I am PISSED OFF WITH THE BLATANT DISREGARD FOR MY LIFE. I AM A REGISTERED NURSE AND T MOBILE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE TO ME.
