This is a frawd, be very careful. They try to collect $500 saying that it was to prevent disconnection on my electricity. They even gave me the money exactly what I owe on my bill. Lockley that the sale attendant at Dollar general was able to talk to me on time and she said it was a scam. I hang up but they kept calling from this number and (888) 818-6490 Please be very careful!

On December 11,2020 I received a phone call telling me that my electrical company was going to disconnect my service and that they don’t accept any payment unless I go to a Dollar general or Family dollar and get a Money Pak card and deposit $500 and as soon as get that I should received a confirmation number so I should have that person on the phone that specific confirmation, if I don’t do that in 30 minutes my service will be disconnected and that some Technician was already dispatch to disconnected. I almost did that, they even gave me the address of the General store that was close to me. So that means they now my address ( my business address) they tell you no to comunícate with no one because they don’t need to know your business. The cashier find out right away about it and she advice me not todo it she said it was a scam and I was the third person coming into the store about the same situation. I asked them about my acct number on my bill and I notice it was wrong so I hang up. They continue to call from this number the used 1-888-818-6490 first then this second number. I never answer but they call for a long time. Please be very careful about this people who wants easy money.
