I was searching for a home to rent. This person posed as a male homeowner that originally stated he and his wife wanted to sell the home but decided they wanted to rent to a person that would “just take care of the home. “ I thankfully learned that the home I was looking at to rent was actually owned by someone else and they had no intention of renting.
