When gentleman called voice was not American had a foreign accent. Location given not what phone search showed..phone made crackling noise. Was told the phone was not a cellphone, report indicated it was. Scammer!
Gentleman has given me a different area as to where he said he lived. When he called connection was hard to hear him... Making cracking noises. Said the phone was not a cell phone. Humm.. Scammer.
