Caller ID is showing up as belonging to Santiago Enrique, he called me to tell me my electricity bill was 2 months behind and wanted to know how I want to take care of it. As soon as I ask what company it is he told me Xcel energy, I ask where he was located and he disconnected the call. Please report this person as a scam artist trying to extort money from who ever they call. I will also inform the FCC that I notified your company and if nothing is done I will have to take legal action as this phone number is **sociated with your company. Please be aware that even though you think that your company is not responsible your are for allowing this to continue if you don't investigate.
