We had this number and had Att shut it off and sold the phone that had originally had this number attached to it and now Att is Billing us for someone else’s bill for this number although we had Att delete this number from our account only to find out they are trying to charge us for a non working number after we canceled it completely.

This phone was sold to another person so how can it be my number?
