Calls repeatedly at all times of the day and night. Leaves message saying that they are calling you about your back income tax debt, and that the have great news for you because of recently p**sed laws. (I have no back income tax debt). I called back to tell them this and get them to take me off their list - they insist that they have some “other†file on me and try to get me to make a payment to them over the phone to clear the back tax debt out.
