SCAMMER: This is at least a VIN Report Scammer, when you are selling a car they will reach out, offer next day cash, and require you to provide a vehicle history report from their specific website, the reports cost between 28-130 and they get your card info, phone, email. Note there are credible data providers to get a vehicle history report, and a lot of free/public resources to get the same info. They will resort to bullying and text into the night, and try to convince you to stop talking to other potential buyers.
