Did not answer. Caller ID indicated "CDC NATL IMMUN" but call was on a Saturday afternoon. Saturday for a government office seemed unlikely to me. Reading other comments, I am happy I did not answer.

Caller ID said it was based in Georgia, I called and a guy answered saying it was Chicago, but he was also speaking to close to the phone and I couldn't hear him very well. Just feels kinda scammy.

They said they were with the CDC and it showed as a verified call by carrier AND said “CDC NATL IMMUN” when my phone was ringing. Said they are conducting a survey. Asked if any children lived in the home. How old the children were. And when they asked for specific birthday: MONTH, DAY, AND YEAR. That’s when I said I didn’t feel comfortable with answering that. She continued to want me to answer instead of respecting my wishes for privacy. I feel extremely scared and like my son is in jeopardy now.
