I received a text message from Shawn. He claims to be purchasing houses in “my neighborhood†and is inquiring if I was planning to sell my house within the next 60 days.
In the text, he referred to me by my first name, which is alarming because I don’t know this person nor do I have this phone number stored in my phone. He wasn’t specific on my neighborhood, which is probably a good sign of him not indicating that he knows where I live.
