They call once everyday at exactly 9:30 am. In Fact, I could set my watch by it~! Thankfully I use a VOIP service that will block any automated calls, so whoever is calling gets forwarded to a message that tells them my # does not accept these kind of calls. One would think they'd learn,, I mean it's their money they are wasting!

I called our real bank Citizen One Home Loan at 800-234-6002, they stated that it is a fake. Do not give the 401 # any personal information. They are a scam and our bank will be contacting BBB to report it and they stated we should as well.

Receiving calls from 401-734-7630 saying "This is an important message from Citizen's Bank" and asking me to call them back. I do not have any accounts with Citizen's Bank.
