call from 385-330-3418 was a woman named Bernadette who claimed to be from Home Base Appraisal Management. The claim was that they sent an email with a link to make a payment for some unamed service, which would be on hold until the payment was received. No email was ever received. I think maybe a call back was what they wanted, or a text reply to start a scam of some sort.
