I have no contacts with a 380 area code, and nobody with a 380 area code should have me as a contact, not even on Facebook, where I never opened an account. I have zero social media accounts, nothing created by me with my 10+ year old, continuously running cell phone account number. I have other phone numbers and email addresses for any website that asks for personal information. The number is blocked and the message deleted on my end, but for the rest of you... not so much.
